2. What is the Shipping Rate?
Shipping and handling Cost is based on your total weight of
your order. The rate is follow USPS rate and some amounts of handling cost
added. Please visit www.USPS.com and for more
detail information. Any shipping charge may be more or less depending on size,
weight and destination. Shipping and Handling Cost for orders placed in eBay.com,
Amazon.com, Buy.com, or any other sales channel have fixed s/h in each listing.

3. How do I track my order?
USPS Tracking # will be provided when your order has been
processed. Signatures may require if the order amount over $200.
4. How do I track my Order (Canada)?
USPS First Class Air Mail (Parcel Mail) International may only provide the Customs # only and No tracking #.
USPS Priority Air Mail International will provide a Tracking #.
5. Do you ship to APO, FPO, HI, and PR?
Yes, We Do. We only use USPS to ship orders to APO, FPO, HI, and PR. The Shipping Rate will be same the US Domestic Rate. You may visit our Shipping Rate Page for detail.
6. Do you do Combine Shipping?
Shipping rate is depending on the weight and destination on your order only.
If you placed an order at Ebay.com, Amazon.com, Buy.com or any other sales channel, we may not able to combine your order since their processes are separated.
7. How long does it take to process an order?
Customer who use Credit Card is processed within 3 business days for in stock items. Order that is paid by Paypal will ship within 1-2 business days (once it cleared, Paypal E-Check may take about 7-10 days for Clear).

2. What Payment Method I could use?
We accept Paypal (Best and Easiest Way for customer and seller), Credit Card (Discover, Visa, and Mastercard.), and Google Checkout (coming soon). You may select your method when you checkout.
We charge 9.75% Sales Tax if the package ship to California (CA) address.
4. Do you accept International Order?
We accept Canada order Only. We don't ship the package to other countries.
Customs, Duties, Brokerage Fees, Taxes and other fees associated with importing products for International Orders will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note we do not have any control over the fees charged to you. Hobby Hunters, Inc has no control over what countries charge to import merchandise. We charge the shipping it takes to get from us to your country, it is then out of our hands after that. Please check with customs in your country if concerned about any import fees.
All rates are in US Dollars. (www.XE.com may help you to check the exchange rate.)
If you placed an order at Ebay.com, Amazon.com, Buy.com or any other sales channel, we may not able to combine your order since they process separately.
5. Can I place an order by phone, e-mail, or fax?
No, all customer need to place the order online.
6. How do I use my Coupons, Gift Certificate, or Promotion Code?
Customer has any Coupons, Gift Certificate codes or Promotion codes can be entered on the payment page (after you have verified your shipping and billing information) to ensure that all requirements have been met. The new total can then be viewed before you place the order.
Return Product and Canceling Order Questions:

To cancel a recently placed HobbyHunters.com order, please contact us by Email as soon as possible. Make sure you include the order number and your name. Upon receipt of the cancellation, you will receive confirmation from us that your order has been canceled and a refund will be issued.
Please note that in order to cancel your order, we must receive your cancellation prior to shipping the order (usually within 48 hours). We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. If we have already shipped an order which you wanted to cancel, simply return it to us upon receipt and the order will be treated as a standard return. For return instructions, see our Returns Policy Page.
When the package shipped and customer need to return to us for any question, it will be subjected to our return policy 15% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping and handling.
3. I received a wrong or defected product, what I should do?
Please report to us within 3 days after delivery to qualify for a return or replacement of your item(s). Please contact us by email at hobbyhunters@yahoo.com. We do not accept return if customer have not reported to us before sending back or the return package without RMA#.
If we don't have your replacement is not available or currently sold out, we will issue refund after the item is returned. All defective items returned to us will be fully inspected. If an item is found not defective or damaged by you, it will be shipped back to you at your expense. So please check your item(s) carefully.

We updated our web site frequently so our customer could receive the most updated information. Our update included New Arrivals Products, Restock Products, Stock availability, Company News, Animation News (coming soon), and any New Features. You may always stay with HobbyHunters.com for any recent Animation and Comic product released.
3. Does HobbyHunters.com offer any Wholesales Program?
We currently have Wholesales Program for certain product line only at this
time. Our minimum order for wholesale is $300.00. If you are interested in
receiving more information on the pricing of our Wholesale Products to re-sell,

wholesales customer:
Business name, Contact person, complete address, phone number, fax number,
